Site 66…No privacy..squeezed between two permanent trailers. The occupant of the site above us played music and used a skill saw until 9 pm which is within the rules but still very noisy!!!! Nothing much to do here at all without driving. The price was high but it did have full hookups which was a plus. I would not stay here again unless I could choose my own spot. I had to take what they chose for me.

There are about 35 spots for RVs with about 10 that have an ocean view. I was in site 13. The balance are mobile home type trailers, generally old and well kept. I pulled my trailer to the front of the site and had a good view of downtown, Morro Rock, the ocean and most of the pier. My downhill neighbor's trailer and pickup blocked about half of the view but I was pleased with what I could see. The 30 amp full hookups worked fine, There was a concrete pad for chairs etc. The RV sits on gravel, more like road-base, if you know what that is. I also had a picnic table. The facility is well kept, that bathroom looks like it's been recently remodeled. There is a laundry, which I did not use. I had excellent 5-bar AT&T 5G service. I'll stay here again.

The RV park had all the hookups needed and the WiFi was decent. The only issue is the varying quality of sites--some had patches of grass. Ours did not. Ours was a bunch of rocks, which makes it hard when you have a dog. There is also no trees for shade, so you'll want an awning. That being said, it was a last minute reservation. That makes this a four star. The five star is the location. It is right across a nonbusy street from the beach and the downtown area is right there. The location is excellent.

Yes, and each spot has a picnic table that you can put it on.
Yes, but only at a few of the RV sites that have room. Check with office which sites allow tents.
Nothing. It's just RV power available. 30 amp 3 pronged.
I'm an RV transporter for Infinity RV Transport only. I don't know their policy for cancellations.
Air B an B is for their mobile home. It is nice ocean views. They do not to my knowledge rent trailers
Yes, they are very neat and clean, and provide more room for showing and changing than many parks we've stayed in of similar age.
No tents. Been there a few times. Strictly trailer, 5th wheel or motor home.
Get on reserve California.
Reservations only, through ReserveAmerica.com. IF you arrive on a weekday, and IF they have space (pretty rare during the summer), you may be able to stay a night or two... Off season probably not going to be an issue.
Perhaps 70+ years old? Several 50's-70's permanent residents' trailers, so maybe it goes back to the 50's? Charming town, AND--- location-location-location!!
