I had a puncture in my rear tubeless tire that would not seal. I purchased a new tire from the manufacturer, and realized I did not have the proper air compressor to properly distribute the sealant. I brought the sealant, new tire, and rim to Brookfield Wheel and Sprocket. Josh worked on my tire, and within 20 minutes I was walking out the door with a full tire and ready to go. Just a totally awesome customer experience. I all I can say is that they worked on my issue immediately (without me even asking them to), and I cannot thank them enough. I will certainly recommend this store in the future.

We bought a Trek e-bike here. To be honest we only bought it here because our local shop could not get the model my wife wanted and he let us know that the Wheel and Sprocket in Brookfield had the size and model what she wanted in stock (he could not get one until October). Upon arriving, we were told the bike was unboxed "yesterday" and setup. Upon looking we see that the mileage on the bike was 35 miles. Not sure how they put 35 miles on a bike that was setup "yesterday" but... Salesperson offered to get the manager, but not sure what the manager would do. The salesperson obvious was unfamiliar with the Bosch controller. Took him numerous tries to show me how to reset the trip meter and how to use walking mode. A youtube video of the controller was actually more informative. They took the bike back to the shop to have it "checked out" before we took it, so I didn't mind waiting 15 minutes for the checkout, however after bringing it home my wife rode it for about 50 miles in two days. On the second ride she complained that there was a noise coming from the front end. When I checked it out I found the front wheel to be pretty loose (as in you could wiggle it back and forth 1/4 inch). Axel was loose which I promptly tightened. Obviously the assembly and the checkout missed this important thing. I personally would not purchase a bike from this Wheel and Sprocket again. Oh.. and they immediately started spamming me with emails even after I said "do not send email to me" and was promised that would not happen.

Great service and products! Nick not only fixed my bike but was a fountain of information. Erin knew everything I wanted to know about bike shorts and helped me find the perfect pair for my daughter and myself. Also earlier in the week I stopped and asked how to fill my tires. The young man who came outside was very friendly and helpful. He taught me how to inflate a presto valve tire. Great store! Friendly, helpful and patient staff! Thank you Wheel and Sprocket in Brookfield!!

The tech when I brought my bike in for a tune up was very knowledgeable. Never once did I feel like he was trying to up sell me on services. The turn around time on my bike was awesome and it rides like a dream now.
