It was my first time in the store. I was looking for a supportive shoe for work since I'm on my feet all day. Chris was beyond helpful. He sized my foot, recommended shoes, and let me choose from many styles. It was a great experience and look forward to going back in the future!

There is quite a lot packed into this one place. Climbing gear, hiking, running, biking, camping, backpacking, snowboarding, and walking gear. The staff were all very friendly and I didn't wait long to be offered help. Membership is a one-time fee of $30 (at the time of this writing). The use of the bike repair shop alone would make membership worth the cost, but there are other benefits as well.

Went to buy hiking boots here. Pretty good selection, but little on the pricey side. However the ones I purchased were comfortable. Large selection of clothes for the outdoors. Sales people were not pushy.

Great outdoor store with a nice variety of brands and items. I've gone here for outdoor running gear, winter coat, sports bra, hammock, Yeti and Hydroflask bottles, hats and gloves and climbing shoes. There's a lot to chose from in store, but even more online. The staff is always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Definitely worth becoming a member! The one time fee allows you to rack up annual points that turn into dollar savings.

REI web site seems to show the 40oz chute only available via online "outlet". Should be able to have one shipped to your favorite store for pick-up. Outlet price is showing as 27.73
