I bought a new radio with Apple car play for an older truck from Best Buy. The install guys were great! They finished faster than expected which was nice. After they sat in my truck and set up everything with me. Then I was given a card with their direct line to avoid the useless call directory. Knowing where to go for my appointment was another story. Calling Best Buy and navigating the menu is a complete joke. There used to be someone to greet you at the front door but now there is a QR code you scan for assistance. I scanned the code then waited and never received any assistance. I decided to just go in the check out line and ask for help.

Larry was honest and patient educated me on the best rated washer and dryer that met my needs. After my purchase, he spent extra time to teach how to use all the multiple settings for the type of clothing, etc I wash. I trusted that Best Buy will match prices of other stores that I didn't have to shop around! Bonus..he brought to my attention I had an additional discount in price because I'm a reward member. Thank you

They had the item I wanted in stock stock and everybody was ready to help mostly because there were not many people in the store :) regardless they did a great job!

Still here currently. Scheduled for an 11am stereo install didn't get my car in the bay till 12:10pm and working on it now. Normally I'd do this myself but am recovering from cancer so I'm relying on the professional to do it right. Let's update. Had to take it back twice as I found more issues. First my cruise control didn't work, then the DVD player didn't work. Those were reluctantly fixed and given excuses about it. Now I discovered my dash lights don't work and the technician claims he knew that already. However having my mechanic look at it he confirmed that the problem clearly lies with the best buy idiot that can't do his job right and is refusing to fix it. When trying to call and talk to a manager I'm put on hold and told it would be at least a 30 minute wait until they can talk to me. I'll be visiting the store tomorrow. FINALLY after FOUR trips to the store I was able to get the lead technician to look at, fix the problem and confirm the original installer did mess up.

Not in store. If you purchase one and have it delivered they will haul away the old one for a fee. All info can be found on bestbuy.com Search recycle
I think u can ur best bet would be to call first so ur not wasting a trip
I also believe they do but you might check with your local store. Also consider offering your working discard to the veterans administration. They factory reset and offer these to veterans :)
Call ahead to schedule since they do try to limit how many people at the desk.
Generally it is a printer that connects to WiFi and you send print jobs over the network.
No. You need electricity to power it. Wireless means you do not need a USB cable to print from it. You would need a wireless network if you want to print without a USB cable.
Just call them and cancel not a big deal
sorry but I'm gonna say no I believe it would need to be recycled there though
Customers can drop off rechargeable batteries at any U.S. and Puerto Rico Best Buy stores. Best Buy does not accept alkaline batteries for disposal. Customers should call 1-800-RECYCLING or visit www.1800recycling.com to find alkaline battery recycling centers in their neighborhoods.
U can try calling the store number directly if it direct you again to automate voice, say to speak with executive when it give you the option's
I know they do have different VR brands but not sure about exact one...
Well, I'm not an employee of Bestbuy but a quick search online would lead me to believe that at the present time it would be about $50.00, down from $150.00. There may be some additional fees depending on size and additional items needed for setting up a system. Hope this helps.
Bestbuy is diagonally opposite Brennans (closed) towards the West about 1/2 miles away
Yes they do, Andres is wrong. Best Buy takes everything in store except microwaves and TVs larger than 32". TVs require a fee to recycle.
Best Buy Brookfield, $25 fee per tv, old tube style under 32inches and/or flat panel up to 50inches, 2 qty max per day
Narrow some choices to your price range then dig through reviews for quality and reliability. Sony, LG and Bose are some brand examples, be sure to check your tv manual for specific types required for compatibility.
I think they charge 50-100 for installation unless they have deals going that week in their ad, not all locations do car installs
