I started coming to National Bakery on Greenfield a year ago for my kids' birthdays. They've always knocked it out of the park! The cakes are delicious and always get so many compliments. And the decorating is adorable, really catches the themes of each party! You can't go wrong getting a cake for your special occasion here.

In Wisconsin, hot ham and rolls is a Sunday tradition. This place is CLOSED on sundays. LAME. I don’t want hot ham on Wednesday. I don’t want hot ham on Friday. I WANT HOT HAM ON SUNDAY. I will never return to this place.

Paczkis were hard and stale. I ordered 13. When I returned to the store for a refund, they only refunded my money for 12, since I didn’t bring the one I took a bite out of and threw away.

I didn't see any when I was there.
Most of the breads and rolls are soft on the insides, some are crusty on the outside but I don't think any would be like Brotchen.
They do sell pies and I have seen apple pies, but not specifically for Easter. They usually have a slip showing what's available for the month/week.
My advice for the future. The earlier you get there the better. Found that out the hard way lol
