I don't think they sell this plant, while they have a great selection of unique plants they do not have many herbs like this here.
The prices are done by plant type (succulent or cactus) and pot size. The checkout counter has examples of the pot sizes and their prices. When we visited, other customers flagged down an employee to ask about prices and were given answers in English. I found the plants to be affordable, and worth the trip. I'm sure you can bring the plant to the checkout to see what the prices are. They probably could add signs about their pricing though.
