I approached Vesta Modular to purchase a used building to use as a medical clinic to serve Veterans. After speaking with the salesperson, he stated that Vesta is owned by private equity firms that are taking advantage of buyers by not selling any buildings, and only "jacking up prices to take advantage of the supply chain issues." When I commented that our project was federally funded and price gouging was unethical, his response was "Can you put in a complaint for me." I have never found a more BLATENTLY UNETHICAL company in my business experience.
