I hired Pakmail Miami to pick-up, pack and ship to me, fully insured, my auction purchases which consisted of multiple breakable items. Despite my request for a receipt I never received one. Almost half the items arrived broken and I IMMEDIATELY contacted Maria and Ricardo Rodrigues, the owners, and was assured by them that UPS would be in touch with me. They never claimed at the time I contacted them that I had not requested full coverage. I regularly purchase items at auction and always purchase full coverage for my cost of the items. Many, many weeks went by without a word from UPS or Pakmail Miami and I contacted Mr. and Mrs. Rodrigues again to inform that no one from UPS had contacted me (entirely on my own initiative I had sent a complete photographic record of the damages) They emailed me claiming FOR THE VERY FIRST TIME that I had only been covered by insurance for the minimum amount of $100, claiming falsely that I had wanted to save money on insurance and also that too much time had passed and UPS would not consider any claim. ***I NEVER RECEIVED ANY COMPENSATION THAT I WAS ENTITLED TO AS A RESULT OF WHAT I CONSIDER BLANTANT NEGLIGENCE ON THE PART OF PAKMAIL MIAMI. ***IT IS ALSO MY OPINION, if that isn't clear, THAT THE OWNERS OF PAKMAIL MIAMI ARE UNTRUSTWORTHY! ***All supporting emails are available for review.

Excellent service! Maria was very friendly and professsional. I visited several places looking for a new mailbox but this Pak Mail location in Bird Road has the best customer service. They also have parking available which is a big plus.

Dependable & Trustworthy… …in my opinion, the two most important words in business today. Whether it was the time I required the service of expertly packing and shipping a small fragile item, or the time I was in need of packing and shipping a much larger order that was being sent to multiple locations, they were there guiding & helping me. They took the time to listen to my needs and helped me develop the right plan within my budget. Definitely a great experience each time I use their service.
