I have subscribed to Imagine Farms since it's inception. I receive boxes of lettuce and salad dressing every two weeks; the lettuce and greens are like no other. Delicious, fresh and nutritious. Recently I attended a "Tour and Tasting" at Imagine Farms. I was able see how and where the many different types of lettuce are grown hydroponically. This system grows lettuce not in soil but in a system that supplies lettuce with nutrient rich solutions, oxygen, and water. There is rapid growth with stronger yields of superior quality. Guests tasted four different types of lettuce, deliciously dressed. Cheryl and Lisa are knowledgable; their presentation of information was very informative.

I served the Box Greens lettuce to friends for dinner, and it was the sensation of the table. We kept talking and giving praise to the lettuce during dinner and even the day after. First time the side salad is the protagonist.

My class and I had the opportunity to experience a virtual tour, Box Greens. Liza Merkle, was great, every question we had was answered. It was cool to see how plants grew in LED lights. I recommend this to everyone that enjoys plants and how they grow.
