Awesome experience! I’m located in Texas, and they didn’t just match a rate, they offered to pay a number ABOVE the highest appraisal I received. Why go to Carmax, Carvana, a dealership, etc. when Autobuy will literally PAY YOU MORE MONEY!!! Process to sell was so simple, I uploaded photos of the vehicle, plus the photo of the highest rate appraisal from another location (again Autobuy topped that number), signed through docusign, they took over payments from the vehicle since it was financed, I paid the negative equity I owed to Autobuy (this ensured Autobuy received the title immediately and not a few weeks later vs. me paying the negative equity to the institution I financed the vehicle with originally), and they sent an nice agent (Joe) that same day to come pick up the vehicle from my location! Easy breezy ! I would recommend Autobuy to anyone looking to sell their vehicle! Thanks again to my agent Joseph Merriweather (Joe) who went above and beyond to assist in the sale of my vehicle, also shout out to Carol in the processing department who also gave great customer service and assistance with all my questions!

Find you guys online. Called amazing lady pick up her name (nay) very helpful very understanding. If I was sell another car mines I love if she help me. When I called before the last person really didn’t care bout what I had to say just ask for pictures hung up. But the young lady nay was amazing

I’m a young woman with a fair conditioned car. Chevy Sonic 2012 under 100k miles and no issues what so ever besides the paint. My KBB value was 4-5k so i was expecting to be offered AT LEAST 2500$ at this establishment. That’s being extremely fair on both ends. “Al” did not treat me like any other worthy customer and did not take me into a separate office to talk about my appraisal as they do with people who have more expensive cars, instead he spouted all my information in the lobby for all to hear. Al appraised my car at $1000 and when i asked how or why such a low price, he said “to start it needs a complete paint job”. I don’t know of any paint job costing more than 700$ for my car… He refused to elaborate any more and told me to go to WeBuyAnyCar and that he promised me that their offer would be even lower. Take my advice and go see Mason at WeBuyAnyCar in West Palm Beach. He was out of this world polite and kind, and went through the entire vehicle with me to explain his appraisal and why. I left there with a check for 2900$ with my head held high knowing now that AL was completely disrespectful to me. Not only did he lowball me to an insulting number after telling me the motor, transmission, and body were all in great condition, but he didn’t even have the gumption or decency to explain. I clearly was not worth his time. So just so you know, AutoBuy does NOT pay the max lol. They will most likely comment on my post to defend themselves and deflect accountability but thats okay. I am happy knowing I did the right thing by walking out of their establishment and ended up with more money than i ever anticipated. Thank you, WeBuyAnyCar!

Yesterday I wrote a review on this page about a situation that happened between this company and me. After things got escalated, they came back to me and everything was resolved smoothly.
