Too expensive and nothing special

Junk. I bought a 6000 wrap around couch in a fabric they offered. The fabric unraveled immediately. They fixed it and it happened again w another cushion, they fixed again and again unraveling. I wanted to return it after the 3rd fix. They did not want to return it. They though it is perfectly normal it keep repairing the counch all in the first month of having it. They finally decided they would but refused to give me back my money. I decided to buy a leather reclining couch bc didnt trust their fabric quality. I also bought a reclining loveseat and chair. The couch and loveseat showed up w visable foam at back of cusion. This annoys me everyday but was such a hassle getting to that point i didnt say anything. It also made a wood crunching sound everytime you recline it. I had a pile of wood underneath my chair and i just hoped it would stop but it got worse and foam now corrodes leaving a pool of foam dust unnderneath at all time. I vaccume it every week and it piles right back up. I finally called them bc after less than 5 years the couch has bcome uncomfortable. They advertise lifetime guanantee but this is a lie. They do not cover foam which is what a couch isade out of?? What about the mechanism which is destroying the foam. Wanted people to know my story, wanted lazyboy that working people cant afford to replace their furniture every 2 years and i want to let people know to stay away!!

Jeremy provided great service to my wife and I while shopping for a new loveseat. He was professional and very helpful. When we walked in, he gave us a quick tour of some of the popular models, and then let us roam around on our own to find which we liked most! He was conscious of what we wanted and didn't try to upsell or force anything we didn't want/need. We customized our loveseat to exactly what we wanted with his help. Current lead times for our new couch is 25-30 weeks. I would absolutely recommend this store and the sales team here, if they are all like Jeremy. Edit: My love seat and chair arrived after 2 months! Much earlier than expected. The delivery was smooth, fast, and very professional. The installers did an excellent job and we're very friendly and courteous. I am very happy with my experience at Lazy Boy Knoxville, and will not hesitate to shop there again!

La-z-boy ain't what it used to be! We've bought a lot of La-z-boy pieces in the past, but this $2000 reclining sofa is horrible. Only 2 years old, and the padding has gone squishy and the material worn. And the reclining mechanism is squeaky. The primary user of this couch weighs less than 150 pounds, so weight isn't an issue. The people at the store have been nice, thus the 2 stars, but none of our issues are covered by the $250 warranty we purchased. Net result is that we're stuck with this piece of junk. Never buying a La-z-boy again!
