My service at Athens Tn was sorry Zack the manager would not come out and talk to you and would not help you with any thing. Andy was there now he would come out and talk with you. I have done business with Andy buying bedroom furniture and living room furniture and washer and dryer. Stove and refrigerator. So went in Athens office to try to buy bedroom furniture and Zack would not come and talk to me at all. Never will do business with Athens Tn no more and will tell other people to. I worked at First Franklin Financial in Athens and told a lot of customers to go to Aaron's that will do you good but that was when Andy was there and Zack to but I think Zack has the big head now.

Employee was very rude when I called to talk to someone! I call to schedule a pickup being I am moving and don’t need the washer and dryer. She rudely answered stating “Aaron’s, hold”. The just put me on hold. Then when she answered she kept interrupting me and then said, We will be by Monday” and then Hung up on me. I called back to give the right address and she gave me attitude again and then after giving her the new address she said ok and hung up on me again! Very poor customer service. I’ve had these washer and dryer over a year and if anything y’all made plenty of money off of me for them. Nice to know how Aaron’s works. Will never recommend you again!
