The Rock Tub Hot Springs

We tried this one first but it's just a small tub filled from a plastic pipe running from a spring elsewhere. Also a cow had apparently been using it as a toilet earlier and the place smelled very bad. We tried Wild Willy's next and that was much better. Sorry no photo of tub itself.

We hiked quite a ways because the road was so bad (February 2022) only to find the tub EMPTY. The pipe is so leaky no water makes it to the tub

Great if you can go at an odd time when others are not there. Otherwise have a plan b to find a spot along hot creek that may not be too deep. Newbies who get irked by natural extremely slippery floor must use caution and may not like the moss like slime.

My watch clocked 100.3F in the tub so it was hot but not like regular hot tub hot. It was pretty slimy on the bottom - be careful you do not slip getting in and out. We had four folks comfortably, you could get a few more in but seating options get more limited - if you're good friends it'll work.
