Ups need to shut down horrible customer service they can’t deliver a package on time even if you pay $200 for next day shipping a complete joke

You definitely have to be signed up to elect to have it sent there. However, I don't believe you need to be signed up to pick it up if it was sent there for another reason. You just need the relevant information and a form of ID.

what are your hours tomorrow Friday October 12th. i need to drop off a package and i need to know it can leave from your location.
