Would give a negative review if I could. Wife got in an accident and we were scheduled to rent a car from here, confirmed on Thursday that we were picking a car up the following Monday. Wife gets there and they say that there aren't any cars available until this upcoming Thursday. Asked if enterprise could book a car for her at another location and they said no we cannot do that. Take your business elsewhere.

This branch was beyond amazing and sooooo accommodating! They turned a bad situation into a better one! I will never rent from the airport again! These guys where great! Best car rental experience I've ever had, be it through insurance or personal rental. I'll never go to another branch or company again!

I have rented from here for nearly 6 years and I think I will take my business to Hertz in future. Try to support local business but the rep sat on the phone for 15 mins and refused to acknowledge me, not even a "will be 5 mins". Sooo rude. I was then told I needed a utility bill to rent a car....even though I rented an SUV 3 weeks earlier with the same card and license. Never been asked for a utility bill from them and I rent at least 5 or 6 times a year - total waste of time. Just BS....they do not appreciate brand loyalty or their customers *** enterprise...I spoke to your area manager, of course 3 days before I rent a car the policy magically changes for that location.....because everyone carries a utility bill....when they rented from the same place with the same license and card for a pricer vehicle just a few weeks earlier. And then the rude counter rep..forget it, there are plenty of other rental companies****
