I usually pick up our Dinners on the way home from work. My wife has very specific requests as she is pregnant! She texts me EXACTLY how she wants it. I read the text Exactly how it’s written… So imagine my surprise when I hear a disturbance… hell I thought the dog Ate the neighbors cat! How hard is a Double QP with no cheese Only Onions. That’s what the receipt even said… Wow! Now I sleep w the Dogs! Thanks. Ray Croc would roll over…. Dacula McDonalds , I do not recommend! Hmmm. Think I’m gonna have break fast today with the dogs and bare feet! They like pancakes…

Y'know, I can't help but feel that someone took a bite out of my big Mac before I received it.

Ordered 6 mcdoubles ketchup only and 1 medium fry, never got food. Order was right on menu board, got to first window and it was completely wrong. Manager fixed it, pulled to second window and guy immediately tells me to pull to 3rd window as they are making it. Sat at the 3rd window forever and watched car after car behind me get their food so I went inside. Guy inside tells me they are making my food and then I proceed to watch him go to the register and enter my items. How were they making it if he had to enter it again, don't lie to customers when you are going to do something Infront of us, specially fat guys who are hungry for some McDonald's. Got a refund and left with no food and will not be back. This McDonald's has gone down in the last month. DO BETTER MCDONALD'S. Saw other people behind me getting the wrong items and having to wait as well while waiting for my food that I never was going to get. If I had not went I would be sitting at the 3rd window till they closed as obviously my order was not even entered or they gave it to someone else.

You should let people know or put somewhere that you don’t accept curbside orders past 10 pm. Waiting for 30+ minutes and no food. Now have to wait another 15+ minutes for food to be made. Get your nightshift in check. And let them now that you can hear EVERYTHING when the window is left open.
