This has to be single handedly the WORST Smoothie King location I have ever been to. The quality of service and setting was unacceptable. It seems that the only people who work there are just teenagers who don't care at all for your time. I ordered 3 smoothies and neither of them was made with any type of excellence. The environment seems unsanitary and looks as there should not be any type of consumable items made in that building at ALL. The manager seems like the complete most uneducated person of all. She seems as if she has been only running the store for a day with the feedback I have received from her. Would not recommend my worst enemy to come to this location! If you really are craving a smoothie, go to tropical smoothie or somewhere else because this place is completely unacceptable.

I go to this Smoothie King all the time and I NEVER have an issue! Hopefully they call you back. Call again and if the manager isn't there, let them know what you plan to do.
