Walked into the lobby and waited half an hour for an ubereats pickup. Nobody was working their counter, nobody even bothered to acknowledge the customers in the lobby and the drive thru was at a complete stand still. How can they have a dozen employees and still struggle to make two 10 piece nugget combos?

Just the long waiting thru the drive thru is frustrating the service is good nice employees

It's McDonald's so you get what you expect. Consistency is underrated. I can say, this is my local McDonald's and they have never made a mistake and I have yet to find a severed finger in my food. That's about all you can ask for from McDonald's.

Most times nuggets aren't fresh. Specially at night times with lazier employees.

Well every other table is closed down they also have plastic barriers they sanitize after every customer and they got a 6 ft rule also they ask you to wear a mask so I believe McDonald's is pretty good with the covid practices
I had a similar experience when I went there. I ordered my order, they gave me a table top number, then I waited and waited... Nothing came. I went to the order desk and the person serving me said, "we don't deliver to tables".
