Last week I paid $65 for greasy fish, hard fries, and soggy chicken wonton tacos that fell apart when picked up. Called and spoke with the manager who credited me the whole meal. Decided to use my credit today but ordered something different.When placing my order I spoke with an actual person like the manager told me to. Get there to pick up my food and I'm told I can't use my credit when ordering online from the manager. I didn't order online. I called and spoke with somene. He tells me he's going back in to try to fix it and I'm waiting. My food is getting cold, waited 10 extra minutes and ended up calling inside to be told I can leave. Get home and then food had leaked in the bottom of the bag and the bottom falls out dropping all my food out. Get inside and don't even have everything I ordered. I have $5 left on my credit that Applebee's can have. Not worth dealing with so much mess.

We ordered from the "two for" menu. They forgot to make one of the dishes and delayed on the second because they had made a cheeseburger when I had asked for no cheese and add bacon. The burger contained the paper that separates one patty from the other in the box. Sent the burger back. Was credited for the burger, but they left the charge for the bacon on the bill. I showed the server the charge and reminded her that the bacon had been returned with the paper coated burger. Honestly, didn't the cook see the paper when they were flipping the burger on the grill? Or is it all made of meat flavored paper and therefore indistinguishable? The place was pretty slow, so a busy kitchen couldn't be the excuse.

The most amazing staff with the most amazing food from an Applebee's that I've ever experienced. The bartenders, wait staff and managers all work together so well and you can tell. Danielle made my steak to the perfect med rare temp and Justin always pours the perfect beers. Definitely not your average corporate Applebee's
