Went there to get a quote for a full detail. Guy giving a quote was very rude, seemed as if he did not want my business. Hispanic guy carrying an iPad. 1pm hour. This person is bad for business. Went elsewhere... I also noticed that management does not respond to the negative reviews. Just let's everyone know they don't care...

Disappointing experience. Finally decided to use the service as I always see tons of cars out front. I requested the Executive package- vacuum, interior wipe, leather conditioning, shampoo carpets etc plus exterior wash and tire shine. Came back to car with dirty spots on exterior, black dirt on back glass and trunk lid. Inside was a basic wipe down, crevices still had dirt and sand. My old scent sticks were still in the vents! The car didn't even smell clean. I gave two stars because the supervisor was apologetic and offered that I bring back the car another day. In the end I chose not to, and told him I didn't feel like I should pay over $100 for what wasn't even a basic decent job. He charged me half price.. $53. Will not return.
