Contrarily to popular belief, there is no grace period if your vehicle fails a Pennsylvania State Inspection or Pennsylvania Emissions test. However, if your vehicle fails but still has a valid inspection and emissions sticker, your vehicle is legal to drive until either one of those stickers expire.
