Been living here for about 4 months and its nothing but issues. First of all, I never find parking late at night. When we moved in the pool was closed almost the whole summer. The most recent issue I've had is where the ac wouldn't go under 76 and it took them 5 visits to TRY and fix it. They came today again, and it has yet to be fixed. The office also never picks up the phone whether you call in the morning or in the afternoon. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LIVING HERE!

First day I walked in the apartment there was cockroach all over the places, and It was our first place in TX, so I thought that is normal, we bought a lot of product to get rid of them and we could not, I went down to the apartment office and JESSY was so rude to us and she said well the apartment was clean prior moving in and made me feel like I was the reason for bringing them to the apartment, and than I found out that a lot of neighbors are complaining from same issue, and they wanted us to empty the kitchen and the bathroom completely and clean every inch, even to take the stove out and clean behind it so the pest control will go in and take care of it, even though that should have done prior to moving in, and than when I told her that she said oh we did not know that the apartment was not clean!!!! And I’m not only talking about one rude person, most of the staff including the manager are so unprofessional and have no idea how to work on customer service as if you’re working for them or something!! Second of all, the grace specially around the water fountain is fall of dog's waste and trash like it's literally everywhere which is so nasty. Even the fitness center doesn’t have follow the proper sterilization inside there is hand sanitizer, sanitizer wipes, sanitizer spray and paper towels, so basically you go work out collect some germs and then go home to transmit the germs to your family. Most of the gym’s equipment are expired already and treadmills have this cranky sound when you turn it on, and some of them don’t even work, one of the Elliptical has a broken power cord forever and never been replaced, the ground Matt is ripped off and I was about to fall on the bar because of that and never been fixed. Other wise I like the one bedroom apartment plan itself, the location is the best specially that walmart is next door and lots of shopping stores. But even the two bedrooms don’t have dining area , and it’s only breakfast bar… Lastly I think this complex is way over priced for what it’s offered

Things are become terrible after the new management company came 1) there are ants everywhere in rooms. Asked for pest control, but it will last only 2 or 3 days. 2) the noise proofing is poor. The AC condenser is just outside the bedroom, the noise drives people crazy. 2) the leasing office service is really poor. They ignore your phone calls and emails usually. The lady at front desk has a extremely rude attitude. 3) the safety issue is the biggest problem. The Walmart next to the community is a "hot spot", a lot of people got robbed there and some of them ran into this community. I don't know if they were lived here or just hide here, it was quite dangerous anyway. I tried to alert the community on the forum, but the leasing office deleted my message and they blame me "spreading panic". On March in this year, there was a gun fighting between the FWPD and one of the resident in our next building. We were scared for a whole night, but the management just easily said it was an "incident" and refused to tell us anymore due to the "privacy policy". We finally contacted the FWPD and found the answer: a home invasion robbery. I would hope the management could be more responsible on there service and the safety.

Read the recents reviews, avoid these apartments!! I am not a Karen by all means, but this place has be a huge disappointment from the start and I wouldn’t want someone else to go through the same. I’ve been here only a month and I’m already sick of this place. It’s unorganized, unprofessional, lack of communication, everyone here seems to be clueless, nothing is every done correctly, misinformation left and right I mean this pace is a joke!! They couldn’t even give me the correct key to my mail box!! I could go on and list everything wrong with this place but it’ll need a part 2. Overall, PLEASE AVOID Watervue, they look pretty from the outside but trust me it’s a disaster on the inside. save and pay a few bucks more for something better! It’s been a headache living here nothing but RED FLAGS.

How much is it for a 1bed

If you look on their leasing site, it depends on the style of the apt. I think the cheapest currently (and housing prices in general are increasing around the Fort Worth area) is about $1,038. This actually is a competitive price for the amenities and location. If you want something with the same amenities and location you'll pay about the same. If you were to find an apt in a less expensive area and without a gate/nice pool/lake/covered parking/grounds keepers/valet trash, yes you'd be paying less.
