I read the reviews and was excited about shopping for some home improvement items. I called ahead asking about a toilet and if I needed to request an appointment or if I could just come in. The staff who answered the phone let me know that the showroom was being remodeled and display would be limited but that I was welcome to stop by. I drove up to the shop and both staff in the showroom were helping other customers. When the 1st customer had departed the staff member who was helping stepped to the back and then returned to their desk. They had a large selection and were very polite on the phone, but I stood in the showroom for over 10 minutes without being acknowledged by either employee. I like to support local businesses, but not being acknowledged while standing in the waiting room is a major turn off.
