They did great on the mitigation side. They were able to dry everything out but were not knowledgeable on the insurance side of things so there were communication issues that were very frustrating. I spoke to a supervisor and he cleared things up after I almost had them clear everything from my home. Do NOT have them do reconstruction. Again, SO many miscommunication issues. I waited weeks for answers to questions only to be told that it would be two months before I could even be put on their schedule. They sent me contracts to sign without telling me this. Good thing I didn't sign before my questions were answered or I would be stuck!!! Their response says we were interested in revising the scope of work which would push us out on the schedule. We didn't want to paint a room that was undamaged. How would that change the schedule?!

February 16th, I had a pipe burst and had inches of water in my 5 year old Manufactured Home. Servpro came out to handle the water damage. They put 35 fans and 2 large dehumidifiers in my hallway to kitchen and told me they were maxing out my power. No generator no electrician. They left at 5pm. At 2am my house burned to the ground. Never a word...only a bill in the mail. This was total devastation for my family. Nothing can recover what memories photos , and all our belongings. my wife and son barely escaped the fire. Unfortunately our fur baby tess was lost. Here the date is April 6th still no word from your company.
