I wanted to do business with local businesses instead of big box companies. I bought an LG washing machine from them. I was kind of worried because it only had a 90 day warranty and no refunds policy. David, the delivery guy, was super friendly and very helpful. He fixed my dryer vent for me without me asking him to do it. He said the vent pipe was too long. I used the washing machine right away after he left and it leaked. It was already after hours but I called him anyway. He came back to look at it to make sure everything was hooked up correctly and assured me he’d be back to get it the next day. He came back the next day and took the machine back to the shop. After a few hours he brought it back and told me they couldn’t find what was leaking. This machine is heavy. He had to take my door off to get it in and out. After he left I ran a load of laundry and it was not leaking. A couple days later I did a load again and it leaked. I called the store and they said they would send someone out right away to look at it. While I was waiting for someone to come out I read the instructions and learned I’ve been loading the machine wrong. I tried loading exactly the way it was instructed. NO LEAKS. I called the store and told them what happened hoping I could stop them from having to come out. Too late he was already knocking at my door. I have done a few more loads since and there was no leaks. They did what they promised to do without any hesitation and kept the smiles on their faces. I know this is long but it has to be told. Thanks again.

This place is awesome!! Their customer service is out of this world. We bought an oven and it broke the first day we used it (our fault) and took it back in for repairs. I was helped by Clifton and Alex (and Ben helped with the oven). The team was sooooo helpful, kind, understanding and they gave us the best price we could find. We will definitely be back for more appliances!
