I want to personally thank the general manager Lou Perri as well as the saleman Aiden for going above and beyond when it came to purchasing my used VW Jetta from me. Lou not only followed up with an appointment I had earlier that day but reassured me that he would look into the availability of taking the vehicle off my hands the next day and that's exactly what he did. He stood by his word to the end. Aiden was spectacular and on point with having all the paperwork ready because he knew I was on my lunch break so there was no time wasted from the moment I was greeted at the door. Recently purchased a car from this location, needless to say it was a very seamless experience. Jose was super helpful and worked hard to finalize a deal that worked for us. There is no hassling or back-and-forth arguing here. Patrick in finance was very thorough; at this point it was past closing time and he was very patient with the process and answered all of my questions. Overall big thanks to NFL Subaru for the great buying experience. I imagine the rest of the sales and service staff are the same.
