Beautiful camp grounds, awesome place to take the family. Cant beat being almost right on the beach. Grate staff cant wait to go back with the family

Beautiful State Park. We stayed at site 78 with a view of the water. Sites are not private at all but that gives you a better view of the lake. We took a hike at a state park just north of here. Worth it. Took the ferry over to grand island and road our bikes on the causeway.

Came for the day to sit by the lake and use the playground for the kids. Saw people camping in tents and campers. Going to return and try this next year. Fee was $7 for the day. Bonus: watching the kite surfers was fun and feeding the sea gulls.
I don't know. You would have to contact them directly. They have a large campground, renovated house with it's own washers, dryers and shower. A beautiful playground. ,lots of places to walk etc.
I dont remember a specific rule saying no. You can use a cooking fire so i dont see why a bbq is a problem. Its better to be on the safe side and call them: 1 518 563 5240
