Worst experience ever! Early this month I went to this store to add another line to my account (I already have 4 lines) and also to get a new iPhone. Well, looks like the girl that works there didn't wanted to work that day. First, instead of adding a new line to my plan she just add another plan, so I will be paying $114 only for the new line instead of the $30 per lines as advertised. As a result I just spent 45 minutes of my day calling to customer service to fix this issue. Second I asked for help to transfer my data from my old iPhone to the new one, but she said that would take to much time, better to do it at home. She didn't even helped me to change the SIM cards from one phone to the other one. Last but not least, she told me that I needed to call AT&T to remove $17.00 of insurance that were added because she couldn't do it from her end.?!?! Anyway, if you go to this store please me sure you are taking home what you are asking only.

It is very rare to find customer service like the one I received and witnessed while in the store when I was in to trade my phone. AT&T should be proud of the two gentlemen helping me and should use them as a training store when it comes to customer service and professionalism at it's best. Wendell and "Z" it was truly a pleasure to have met you two gentlemen and wish you both much success.
