Never again, Cuballama Restaurants, your service is unfortunate. This is my experience, in case you want to continue reading... I place an order from Cuballama Restaurants on Saturday September 10th around 12 noon, to be delivered at 4 pm with the restaurant "La Catedral". At 4 p.m. and 11 p.m., the status changes to "Delivered." At 5 in the afternoon, I ask my family how the food was and they tell me that they haven't received it. Contact customer service and speak with agent number 1 (of 3). He tells me if I'm sure my family hasn't received the food and I say no. He tells me that they will call me in a few minutes to give me information. A few minutes later agent number 2 calls me, tells me that the courier was leaving at that moment, and that they must have put the order as delivered because the restaurant was a bit far away, I don't see the logic there. Agent number 2 tells me that they are going to bring 4 sodas as an apology, and I told her no, that I had already bought my family sodas as part of that order (at 3 dollars each by the way) and that what I need is that they return the shipping money, which was $13.50, I guess precisely because the restaurant was far away. Without being clear about what was going to happen with the shipment and with the claim, I contacted customer service again and I was attended by agent number 3, who told me that they were trying to negotiate with the restaurant the return of the shipping money and to whom I said that I also wanted the service money back: $9.20. This company is charging me above the price of the food almost $23 and they do not deliver on time, they say they deliver and they do not deliver and they are not able to give me a solution. Agent number 3 tells me that someone was going to contact me to tell me how they were going to return the money for the shipment and the service. Nobody contacted me, what I received was a cold text message saying that the order had been cancelled. I wonder how then agent number 2 tells me that the messenger had already left with the food. I wonder if I would not have confirmed with my family if the food had arrived if they had stolen the almost $100 that it cost me, since that delivered status was also a lie. Before you reply to this review saying that I don't appear in your system, look for order 414873 :)
