I cannot comment on all the departments because they are not all the same. They gave me 1203. Terrible. Starting from the "view". A building under construction 5-10 meters from our terrace and bedrooms. Regarding the equipment, although the apartment is for 6 and even 7 people, there are 3 glasses of wine, 4 of another type, 2 of a different one and so, there are not 6 equal glasses. There are also not 6 knives. Different types of plates, cutlery, etc. Always missing. Neither room nor bathroom has anything to leave clothes, so when you put on pajamas you must leave your clothes on the floor, the same as in the bathroom.As for the kitchen, it is well equipped but very old, if you put the dishwasher to wash you can no longer talk because of the noise it produces, the same goes for the air conditioning, it wakes you up in the night when it turns on.The blender only has the volume to make two drinks, it's like a toy. In our apartment, the curtains in the two bedrooms were bad, they couldn't be raised. There is no music equipment, you must take it. Yes, three fairly good televisions, but they are rarely used. The "sofa bed" that is not such. It's less than a hand-shaped mattress impossible to sleep on. We should have bought an inflatable mattress. Everyone talks about the great location, but this one is no different than the hundreds of apartments for rent in Sunny Isles. As for the building, it has a very small pool for the number of apartments. A reception with very unfriendly people (Dimitri) and a rather slow and inefficient valet parking.
