I would give this company negative stars. There has been numerous thefts of the storage rooms at my condominium, the head security guard helped at first, but when the job of looking at the camera footage became tedious, he passed it off. They could care less about actual crimes being committed at the property, and they take no pride in their job. It’s pretty pathetic.

This company is so unprofessional and unorganized.. they don’t try to fix the issues or problems .. they will take up for someone who had been at a post longer than you which is not fair because wrong is wrong and right is right. Some of the supervisors are rude and not professional. Kimberley at point east is very rude and nasty , don’t go to that post at all . Raymond is an hiring manager at the office and he is not fair he has favoritism and he gives you anything um he does not care at all about distance or comfort so if you get hired by ray/Raymond be careful . The communication skills is off , if you go to the office they have you there waiting for hours before they call you . that’s why nobody want to work for elite guard or people always quitting left to right. I DO NOT RECCOMAND NO ONE TO WORK HERE FOR THIS COMPANY ITS BAD💯💯
