Bad experience we having at this beautiful place. The staff from valet parking was not nice at all. They just gassips about everything. They supposed to park the cars not taking about people and workers.The FirstService to this place are out of control. Except the nice, polite new Manager Lady Astrid Mota, from FirstService we don't know how much she will last with this people. They never use a common sense to decide what's good or what's wrong for the building, residents and workers.They are like puppets. Lot's of gossips one of them is George was working at the Front to long. He have to go to stop the interfering! Everything is non sense. At the Front Desk they have nice polite man training in the blue suit, was talking couple languages so nice and helpful, they let them go. I never see him again they keep only the non English speaking and losers. Lots of bosses and Regional Directors like Luis Pincus, Ernesto Drago, coming and living from FirstService giving they old fashion mentality opinion. They have to retire! They don't know how to run a place! They acting like helping but they just make the situation worse. The nannies ar not allowed with the kids down on main lobby? This is ridiculous. The list is very long! We being generous give one star.They don't deserve none! We have to attract the attention to the board of Directors & President member to do something about.

Rarely I write anything, but here I m loosing it. They did improve valet services tremendously . There is nothing, but good to say about them, probably the best in town . But front desk was turned vice verse. The Worst ever . Communication - I will not even say anything, it’s ok . but whoever ,changed their operational software or whatever, - rubbed the association. It’s Super slowed down everything, I never loose that much temper as I do here. Repeating myself every day same thing( explaining same thing, sometimes even 3 times per encounter to the same or different ppl!!!! It’s so frustrating and annoying. Get you operational software right, have CLEAR policies so it doesn’t change based on a person that I m facing. Everyone here has their own interpretation of what’s going on and how to read emails and what documents apply and not 😱😱😱😱 and every time / even several times a day I go over and over and over same thing. So unprofessional, a kid in school can set you up w better system and gas station .
