there is not assistance over the phone. and if you come to this office, be ready to be treated in the worst way by the security at front desk. there is not way that you can speak with a reasonable person that really cares about people. is like those guys get paid to treat people like however they want. how disappointing I'm with a governmental institution like the asylum office. I can't say anything about the real immigration officer, because I hadn't the opportunity to talk with someone professional. other uscis offices works fine.
International Bible Church
Absolutely inhuman attitude towards suffering people. USCIS ignores all phone calls or requests. Worst experience for years with USA Immigration agency. Shame on you, America.
Adalis Rivero
They don't answer the phone

Hi Thomas, there is no number. You need to go in person to speak to the officers. You must go at 1 pm that is when they open to inquire about cases or submit documentation.
Yes from 12 pm to 3 pm .you yourself can benir arecojer the desicion .otu lawyer .from 12 pm till 3 pm .good luck
No
How can I make an appointment
Go to that office on Tuesdays or Thursdays 1:30pm-4:00pm for general questions.
I think you should call or get right to USCIS in biscayne and ask for information, I just know that everything was delayed by covid
Reprogram it. Try to contact the office and explain your case as soon as possible. Dominus tecum!
Everything is online. They do not allow anyone to pass, if they do not come with the appointment in hand, since they necessarily ask for it
Sorry, I can't help you.
There is a customer service number on the uscis page. It is that number that you should call. And I suggest you gather patience. When answering, the machine will give you the option to listen to messages in Spanish.
It is recommended that you use the USCIS website to reschedule that appointment.
The Biscayne Blvd office is open but only those with a scheduled appointment have access, that's what I understand.
No appointment
No.
You only need the US citizen certificate to get a US passport.
I was told that you can change your address online through the website I have not received any answers from my first question about a fax or phone number for the Miami asylum examiner and who to send apology letter to
I imagine that you must wait for your appointment to be rescheduled, at noon they attend without an appointment you can go tomorrow to ask!
They only serve the public from 12 p.m. to 4 p.m. from Monday to Thursday
I waited 5 years for patience is very important but it is difficult to be in the situation of not knowing what will happen to your status. They have too much work and they can not do more because they are few, there is much to consider the officials, I wish you the best. GOD BLESS YOU
You show up after 12pm with your alien number and ask for the info yourself
I think is highly possible that the office will be close for veteran's day. It's a national holiday.
They attend from Monday to Thursday. To find information or bring documents they only give access from 12pm. In the mornings, access is restricted only for those who have an appointment for the asylum interview and without the appointment letter, no one is allowed in.
Yes
