this place was a life saver! i went there without an appointment with all my required documents ready to go! the lady outside was nice enough to let me go in because i told them im leaving the country and i drove 2+ hrs to get here! i got there at 1pm and left at 4pm with my new passport the same day! be respectful and patient

Awful long lines. Passport office is a disaster. Don't go unless you have absolutely no other options. Expect 4-6 hours minimum for a passport.

The passport agency is located at 1501 Biscayne Boulevard. The passport agency is no longer located at the Claude Pepper Federal Building. I work there
