It used to be a nice laundry place, the person used to be there all the time cleaning now i never see him. Look at the hair and dust in the washer doors. The bathrooms were also really nice, now its in need of an update.

Most of the machines are quite mildewy and two of the driers doors didn't latch very well. But, all of them otherwise seemed to work just fine. Also, lots of people didn't wear a mask ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Honestly if there was any other laundromat in Troy I would go there this is probably the worst one I've ever been to I don't know how many times one of the machines has eaten my money or just not washed my stuff left it soapy. Also a good 25% of the driers don't dry at all. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

The washer I used left my clothes sopping wet (number 15). They were leaving a puddle leading up the dryers. Had to use two dryers and 6 quarters each just to get them dry enough to go the 35 miles home and hang dry them. Completely unacceptable that there wasn’t anything posted about the spin cycle not working. No cards found in sight for any feedback, so I resorted to saying something here. I will gladly drive to downtown St. Louis to do my laundry from now on. First visit and most certainly my last
