Reggie and Ashley were amazing at checking us in and out and super nice. Great people to talk to. Loved the family suite. My kids loved the bunk bed. Way better service here than Pontoon Beach. Definitely recommend this hotel when passing through.

Room smells terribly like mold. TV remote is sticky looks like it's never been cleaned. Shared with front desk that the room smelled like mold. He offered to spray deodorizer. And laughed. I will be contacting the EPA tomorrow so they can check for mold.. not something to mess with. Will be sleeping in truck

Positive: Everyone working there were extremely pleasant & friendly! That alone goes a LONG way! The room was spacious & clean ! Negative: The breakfast was basic- not bad, but not great ! Had a bagel & juice

Positive: The room was very large. The staff was very kind and helpful, even when there were situations beyond their control. Negative: There wasn't anything we necessarily didn't like. We purchased this hotel because of the pool. However, there was a situation out of their control. We didn't get to swim. However, staff were kind and very accommodating despite the situation.
