Yes you can, but you may want to call verizon so you can have some International time on your phone
You have to go to "View Paper Bill" to see last month's call log. Can't see log in real time (current month or current bill cycle).
Unfortunately no, you'll need to visit an Apple store or an authorized location. You can call 1800myiphone and they should be able to direct you.
They do trade ins and it needs to be evaluated by a rep. Prices are subject to change and also keep in mind they are a cellphone company that sells service which means they don't have to do just a straight trade there may be a purchase required.
