We visited this house, which survived the great fire in Beaufort when many other buildings were destroyed. We enjoyed being able to go inside to see the layout and design of the house. They are still working on being able to raise funds to complete the exterior painting. Our docent was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed our tour of the property.

If you are in Beaufort and have 30 to 45 mins to fill take the tour. Diane was very informative and full of interesting facts. The town of Beaufort and its residents played a huge part in our history.
