Management is ABSOLUTELY POOR!!! They do not answer the phones..they do not get maintenance issues done in a timely manner…my AC in my apartment has been broken since DECEMBER OF 2021, I have put in MULTIPLE work orders and AC still broken and I have 2 small kids. Dishwasher been broken since beginning of the year. Property manager just as sorry as the assistant manager. They charge so much for rent and don’t even take care of the issue tenants have in their apartments. So good luck to anybody that decides to move out here.

I visit my best friend every few weeks from out of town. Children here have no supervision or their parents don't care and make noise. A child from upstairs knocked on my friend's door many times starting at 11:30 pm. (Woke me up) An adult with them outside was telling them to stop but it continued. Plenty of noise complaints have been made to management in the past, but no action has been taken.
