If I could give less stars I would. I have never eaten at a Jack in the box, and still haven't. We stayed in Troy for the weekend and drove back and forth to St. Louis. We decided to come here because I've always heard great things. It was dinner rush time, but the place was empty. 1st red flag. 2nd red flag was that even though the dining room was empty, there was trash on several tables. The 3rd red flag was that they had nothing available. No coke, no tacos, hell no salads. Needless to say we just left. They also all had bad attitudes for no reason.

I had the spicy jack chicken sandwich & fries at the Troy IL location. It was wonderful. They got me through the drive thru pretty quick. Don't waste your time at the glen carbon location. Take a couple extra minutes and go to Troy. Much better service!!!!!

Walked in and was greeted by a compliment on my jacket by the young man name Dakota. He was a great help and some how the card machined malfunctioned. He quickly resolved the issue, used the upmost respect, and everything was handled with a smile. Walked out for was fresh as well. Will Def recommend stopping here for all fellow truck drivers. Give Dakota his raise plzz!!

Always a horrifically long experience. Super frustrating to Door Dash here. I refuse to personally dine here. Employees always out back smoking. Half the time they are out if the item you waited 30 mins for. To top it off……. The food is subpar. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Yes, but good luck trying to get service from the night people. Also, double check your food to make sure it's right. If it's not, you're better off just going to a different place and chocking it up to a loss because they WILL yell at you as if it was your fault it's wrong.
