Although the girl at the window was pleasant, I had to give only one star because of the manager's attitude. Last night I had gone thru and they left out my chicken nuggets that they charged me for. So today I just let the manager know so no one else gets shorted after they've gone too far down the road, just a friendly FYI. The manager smirked and said okay and shut the window. Wow! Although I didn't expect it, an apology would've been nice lol So unprofessional. Yes, I checked my bag today lol but don't think I'll ever visit this one again.

Horrible. 17 minutes in the drive through. And now $11 for a cheese burger and a milkshake. Last time I'll ever go to Burger King Effingham. It just keeps getting worse and worse.

My favourite Burger place! It's so good we are lunch there and got burgers to bring home for dinner!! Win win!!

What's wrong with corporate office? This burger king in Effingham illinois is just plain horrible. Food cold, buns hard and very dry sodas are served with no ice when you order thru drive thru. Wasted money spent on garbage. Still have very poor quality sandwiches. Just can't understand why corporate headquarters has lost interest in this store. Burger King at one time was a very good place to get a sandwich. Thought that just maybe it had improved since your able to dine in. Nope just the same. Nasty lid and ketchup area. No excuse only 1 customer when we arrived.
