Bought a bag of cheeseburgers and a large fry and unfortunately the burgers were all cold and the fries were soggy! Also, wanted a shake and the machine was down.Very disappointing all around!

$47 for 2 chicken strip meals (that were missing the gravy, the fries were soggy and limp) and 3 hotdog kids meals that looked like they had been on the roller all day. This place has always been a little over priced, but at least it used to be good.

Overpriced food for sure! It's all just frozen fried stuff! I mean a 4 piece chicken strip with gravy is $9. . . Must I say more!

They are quick with orders, even when they are larger orders. The food is always cooked just right and they are friendly. Even during busy periods they are able to get people in and out in a timely manner. The Pork Tenderloin sandwich is wonderful!!! My grandsons had their first trip to Cruisers 2 weeks ago. They loved it and asked to go back the next day. That's a win for us!!
