This Goodwill has a decent selection and I usually score some good finds here. However, it seems like all Goodwill of Central Florida are raising their prices beyond the point of reason. This deters me from shopping here. If they continued to have more discounts (like the days where you can get a coupon for donating items), that would be great.

The Cashier that I had basically told that the Goodwill Membership is exclusive to the particular county that you enrolled in! Lol: ok Looked up the information for shyts & giggles. It’s not truth. Wasted my opportunity to earn points at the Goodwill. Lucky for I am not too petty!

Prices are full blown retail. No meat on t he bond for the reseller. They closed the bathroom before the store was closed and my son almost peed himself. This Goodwill is trash.

My wife and I visited the store today and she wanted to try on a pair of shorts she found. We noticed the dressing rooms were closed and asked the I assume the manager (a man) about it. He rudely replied they were locked and he WOULDN'T unlock them. We were "shocked " by his attitude. We noticed others going to the restroom and trying on clothes so my wife went in and a minute later he was knocking on the door saying, you better not be trying on clothes in there. When she opened the door and said yes I am he BLEW UP and was EXTREMELY RUDE and LOUD causing a big scene. His rude verbal assault continued when I said , well where are customers supposed to go to see if they fit? He became more upset, told us we cannot buy the clothes, told the cashier NOT to sell us the clothes and continued to berate us and LOUDLY told us to leave the store!! What a JERK , He should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY.
