Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I almost always rent from Enterprise when I travel. The rental rates across companies are almost always about the same and the cars are the same so my deciding factors are how easy they are to deal with and the customer service. The Melbourne team are pretty awesome. They are almost always very engaged and friendly. Making eye contact and acting like they are happy that I'm doing business with them. They seem to care. The fact that there is never a line at their counter is also a big plus!

Hardly any greeting when I was the only one in line and then they claimed they don't have any cars to switch withe when the lot is full of cars.......I am a black man and you can guess what they were so......there's that or there just very bad at there job!!!!

after a grueling experience dealing with a condescending employee incapable of providing customer service, i finally got to my rental car - that reeked or cigarette smoke, was covered in scratches, and was dirty on the inside. would rather walk next time

Unfortunately they and 3 other companies didn't have cars available that day due to the high demand and high volume of people traveling to Melbourne.
