I have used this facility several times for lab services. Once you get past the caustic woman checking in it usually goes quickly. Yesterday I had a positive experience with 1 out of 3 people I interacted with. Tech person was nice. Yes agreeing with a previous review it could use a good cleaning. At least do the windows. First impression always sets the tone for the rest of the visit. Happy people make it a much better experience for both patients and staff.

Had an appointment w a partner, used the restroom. It obviously had not been cleaned in a long time. Trash full lus a bag on floor, ring in toilet from neglect. And they require a mask because they care about our health? Looking at the Corp office rating is the same dirty facilities. Sad because the people are great.

The number listed on the website for the Merritt Island location plays the recoding "You have reached a non-working number within the Steward medical network" The same number is published in several places on Steward sites. the correct one is 637-2801. Edited - from 1 star to 5 !!! I stopped by and got really great service. I just wanted a routine blood test to monitor uric acid level. Really nice, courteous, and knowledgeable staff. ****** ( yup, that's 6 stars !)
