Ive lived here for almost five years and its great. The staff keep it clean and get repairs done quickly. The office helps with everything and are very friendly. Maintenance is very quick and nice and very knowledgeable.

Lol not sure
Anyone can apply and its Florida so i dont trust any water lol my buddy lived there he said it was pricey for his one bedroom , but why i moved out of Florida all to expensive
Yes they allow pets. I think the weight limit was 50lbs. Theres is a deposit and monthly pet rent. They allow 2 pets.
Jon Cade is partly right while the buildings are constructed to withstand category 4 hurricane winds a Cat 5 is a whole other story. You can't say absolutely, with those wind speeds the only thing you can do is pray. I've lived in Brevard County for 23 years and been through numerous hurricanes.
