Been here 3 yrs. Since the new management took over and increased rent so much, the good neighbors had to move out, being replaced by loud and careless neighbors. The apartments and appliances are old. The oak trees are nice to look at, but full of Huge spiders and too many squirrels that love biting cables inside parked cars. Can't justify these rent increases ($300 in many cases) for what neighbors told me. These apartments USED TO BE affordable. The employees here do the best they can with what they have.

These are the best apartments I have ever lived in. The staff is friendly and welcoming, maintenance is always on top of it! The neighbors are very friendly and welcomed me to the neighborhood my first week moving in. The office manager Rachel made the moving process so easy and fun it was like hanging out with a friend. The apartment itself is very large for your typical 2 bedroom and the price is way better than all these new apartments popping up. The grounds are always kept up and clean I honestly have no complaints. I will definitely be staying here a while.
