I'm not sure but I think test I took today may have been compromised which would affect whatever the evidence on my breathing was today, I should have spoken up then, need to speak up for myself, the test was for social security, that's the second time I went to a health care appointment and seemed to me the testing seemed compromised, I think I should talk to someone.

I am nit happy with this place at all my father has been in there for about 10 months I have not been able to see my father because of the vaccine mandate they refuse to remove it when I asked it the had a system where we could do face time they said they do but it is broken they don't know when it will be fixed. Everyday step mom goes to see my father she has to get on them about cleaning him or cleaning out his track so I am sure he is nit getting proper care of course I have to base that on someone else's observe because I can not see my father here it is Father's day and I can not see my father my heart has been so broken this is not fare I pray God would touch the heart of the person who is in charge so I can see my dad. So no I'm not happy with this place at all.

I came in here after a very serious surgery. These people became like my family to me. The took amazing care of me. I took the time to get to know a lot of the people there. It was an amazing experience. You treat them with the respect they deserve and they will appreciate it and return the respect. Some of my personal favorites: Doris, Jenna, Kim, Janet, Laura, Bernadette, Titi and Rhen, Ty, Sam, Daryl, Erica, Helen, Angela, Amber, and Tiffany. there is only one rotten apple in the bunch. The security people there SUCK. Make sure you have your vaccine card or at least a picture of it.

If I could give no stars, I would. Twice I have come to Highsmith-Rainey and twice they have terrible. The first time I came in, all they did was walk into the room and say that I had the flu and gave me prescriptions and discharge me. They didn’t run any tests or examine me in any way. The second time I came in was for shortness of breath due to asthma. All they did was listen to my breathing and told mee that there was no issue and that they would issue me medications, all of which I am already issued. Would NOT recommend this facility.

Amy, thank you for your question. There is an ExpressCare at Highsmith-Rainey Specialty Hospital, which is like an Urgent Care, but with more capabilities. The closest Emergency Department is at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, located at 1638 Owen Drive in Fayetteville.
Yes, Mon-Fri, breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Sat and Sun only breakfast and lunch.
Yes they have X-ray machines here
I think they do but you can always browse hospital number call and confirm
As Shannon stated there is an express care, but their hours are limited. Also if your condition is worse than any common doctors office can handle they will send you to cfv anyway.
This sounds like a personal problem you have to take up with personal department. 🤨
Truth be told, I do not know. You can try I guess Patient Affairs. Wish I could help more. . .
Just do a Google search.
Yes there is a family lounge
About a block away.
They send all MRIs ultrasounds etc to cape fear hospital
