Have had positive experiences in the past, so tried again. Young woman who answered the phone asked to put me on hold. No problem. Except, she didn’t put me on hold and I could hear everything being said between employees and customers. After 9 minutes of waiting I was cut off. I called back and the girl told me she was sorry for my wait but she was taking orders. I told her that I had not been put on hold and heard everything that was said during that time period and that she was being untruthful to me. I asked to speak to a manager but was told there was not one present. I asked to talk to someone else and one of the cooks got on the line. He told me that I was unhappy there were plenty of other restaurants I could patronize. I realize that many establishments are short staffed, but in a service industry, management needs to put capable and truthful people in the positions directly dealing with the public. I liked the food but the lack of customer service has driven me away.

It's fantastic.. got the gyro and cheese fry.. they have a poorly that is legit the best I've ever had... nice staff.. will return!!
