Honey was absolutely great! They answered all of my questions in a well-mannered and upbeat way! This was one of the best experiences I’ve had while apartment hunting! I would give them a 10/10 if possible! If you guys need help with any questions, I would definitely recommend asking for Honey!

They’re not the worst apartments but definitely not the best I put a work order in for my bath tub leaking and they would send someone over (few days after they said they would be there) and I work overnights so I sleep during the day and they would just let themselves in. The bath tub never got fixed they always left a mess in the tub afterwards then a month will go by and they will say my work order has been completed even though it would leak worse then before… and that is just on one work order they were fixing my wall and never came back to sand and paint and they left a huge mess for me to clean up afterwards. They also had a roach problem, garbage would build up around the dumpsters, the laundry room was gross, along with the storage areas (that is the other tenants fault but still.) Also when we moved out we had forgotten the wifi modem there and when I called and asked they said they didn’t have it and assumed because we turned the keys in that it was trash… I understand we left it but it’s a wifi modem where is the common sense in people that that stuff shouldn’t get thrown away. Long story short there are better places to go.

My 2 bedroom is perfect for my dog and I. Neighbors are quite and keep to themselves. Walls are a little thin as I can hear the kids up stairs yelling and jumping around, but its always quite by 8pm, not a big issue for me. Maintenance is quick to respond and repair. The girls in the office are extremely nice and helpful. They are willing to help out and cut some slack once in a while, they have helped me out IMMENSELY the past month and are very on top of things. When coming into the complex it looks a little sketchy on the outside but inside is very nice. I know the property managers are trying to fix and update the buildings. (They just added a dog area for dogs to run off lease, my dog loves it and we both have meet some friends there! I definitely recommend Valley Park apartments.
